Thermo-Flex heat shield is a composite material with unlimited uses. The material is manufactured to provide abrasion resistance, thermo insulation and physical containment of hose and wiring. The combination of aluminum and silica produces a sleeving that is flexible, lightweight and strong. Thermo-Flex can be slit for applications such as wire looms or hose-covering without disconnecting the ends of the wire or hose. Thermo-Flex is available in inside diameter sizes of 5/8, 3/4, 1, 1-1/4, 1-1/2 and 3 inches. Three new colors - black, blue and red - have been added to the Thermo-Flex line, along with the original silver. All colors of Thermo-Flex withstand temperatures in excess of 750F in radiant heat.
